Return and Refund Policy

Purchased products.

Where there is a fault in the product, giftable designs will replace an item once faulty item has been returned.  If there is a fault with the personalisation with an item, an error by the customer will not be eligible for a replacement,  whereas an error made during the customizable process shall be rectified by Giftable Design.  

Fundraising terms and conditions. 

 Any faulty orders to be dealt with directly from Giftable Designs to the consumer. Change of mind refunds are not accepted, incorrect spelling by Giftable Designs to be rectified at Giftable Designs cost. Incorrect or unreadable spelling on order forms are deemed to be client fault and will not be eligible for refund/ replacement. 

 Items sorted into class rooms for ease deliveries where possible.

 A gift is supplied for the single person with the highest value spent, if there are more than one single person with equal highest spend the total gift amount will be split.  Where there are more than 3 people to share the gift, the gift amount to be given as a cash donation to the fundraising principle.
